The Songwriter

WTF Chuck "JonEmery" Dodds, is a Northern California singer-songwriter known for walking the line between heartbreak and humor, delivering songs that are honest, raw, and unexpectedly uplifting.


The Local Scene was created by Simon Dahm (SMD Productions) and was brought to life with the help of the amazing crew including Mike Bacon on Audio (Padded Room Productions). Katie Sarten and Gene Currey on lighting and set design (Chico Stage Lighting Co). Camera work from Donovan Lee (Hapa Films), Shawn Melton, Gannon Koranda, Joe Condrey (Catalyst Unfound), Willie Condrey, Dalan Swenson, Christian Bertsch, and Simon Dahm (SMD Productions). A huge thank you goes to Lami Fusion Food Truck for sponsoring our crew lunch. And most importantly a huge thank you to Skip Bertsch from Skips Open Mic Music Cafe for opening his new venue to us once again and allowing us to film our series in his store again.
